The end-goal is to help the businesses understand and improve their positions, in terms of reduced costs, reduced risks, and smarter decisions. Our services focus on management consulting, accounting, taxation, organization management: strategy, buildout, and guidance.
  • Wait, so are you consultant or a contractor?
    A lot of people use these terms interchangeably. To clarify: - A consultant provides strategic guidance to company leadership - A technical contractor works in a staff-augmentation capacity You’d engage a consultant to set your direction, then possibly hire contractors to build out that vision. So, LUCENT works as a Consultant.
  • How do you work?
    We prefer to keep things simple and straightforward: - We start with initial consultant. This is free, brief meeting in which we learn about each other and we get a deeper picture of your situation; - If there is mutual interest, we work together to scope out a project; - After that, we execute the standard paperwork and get started and That’s it
  • What size companies do you work with ?
    Our clients range from 2 – 200 employees and from pre-launch start-ups to companies with $275 million dollars in annual revenue.
  • Do you do business plans?
    Yes, our firm has a team of small business strategists and business growth experts who can help entrepreneurs develop all the key elements needed for a strong business plan, and the actual writing of the business plan is one of our provided services.
  • What are your consulting rates?
    We are a fixed price solution provider, who believes in providing ‘value’ to each of our clients and are committed to delivering results. We provide our clients with a not-to-exceed cost estimate before beginning any work. No one likes surprises, so we work with our clients to understand their specific business needs and then outline our plan of action and the associated costs to implement those solutions.
  • Why would my company need a consulting firm?

  • What can i expect from the initial consultation?
    Every potential new client meets with the managing director within our firm. This initial consultant is not a sales call, we want to provide full transparency to who we are as a consulting firm and have an open dialogue with you to determine how we might help your business. We do not try to be all things to all people, if we don’t believe we can solve your company’s challenges or meet its goals and expectations, then we are going to openly tell you that. Our firm is built on strong values and the belief that ‘our success is achieved by helping you be successful.
